Lakeside Boating

Enjoy a day out on the water with floating dock offering numerous boating options—perfect for family adventures.  

  • Take one of the provided Kayaks out for a quiet paddle up into undeveloped areas of Bear Branch.  
  • Pontoon boat rentals are available from a few local places.  Spend a day out on the main lake and then dock at the house ready for the next day's adventure!

Swimming & Kayaking Areas

Dive into our pristine, tranquil waters and soak up the sun by the lake.   The water around the dock ranges from 5 to 15ft deep at low pool (Sept-Jan) to 16-25ft at full pool (Mar-Aug).  A spring assisted easy out swim ladder is mounted to help you out of the water after a long swim.

Fishing

Cast your line and reel in a big catch in our well-stocked lake.

  • There are bass, catfish and sunfish to catch right off the dock.
  • Numerous Charter fishermen on the lake can take you out to catch big Striped Bass and Largemouth bass.
